A member of our Business Law group, Karen Tsang focuses her practice on commercial leasing law representing landlords, tenants, corporations, developers, lenders, and property managers.
While attending law school, Karen was an editor for the Osgoode Hall Law Journal, duty counsel for the Community and Legal Aid Services Programme, and a member of ProBono Students Canada.
Karen articled at a leading commercial leasing law firm in Toronto. She was also in-house counsel for the Ontario Realty Corporation, where she acted on leasing matters on behalf of the Crown agency.
Karen joined Heenan Blaikie in 2011.
