Ben Wallwork is a member of our Intellectual Property group. Ben’s practice involves patent, trade-mark, copyright and commercial litigation. His practice also includes patent and trade-mark clearance and validity opinions, as well as trade-mark prosecution and trade-mark opposition proceedings.
During law school, Ben was a co-founder of the Ontario Genomics Institute Student Network and of the Peer Mentorship Program at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
Ben joined Heenan Blaikie in 2011 after working as a summer student and articling with the firm.
