On Saturday, May 8th, 2010 the National Post's Financial Post & FP Investing (Canada) section published an article on the reception held in Heenan Blaikie's Toronto office on April 28th for The Belinda Stronach Foundation (TBSF).

Guests learned about the local and international projects of the TBSF, a charitable organization that was started in March 2008 by Belinda Stronach, Executive Vice-Chairman of Magna International. TBSF focuses on community-based initiatives to assist girls, women and Aboriginal youth in Canada and youth in developing nations.

Speeches were given by Ms. Stronach and co-chair Brett Wilson, a Canadian entrepreneur, philanthropist and panellist of the Gemini-award winning Dragon's Den. "Heenan Blaikie did a wonderful job in gathering philanthropists, lawyers, business people and members of the arts community to support the Foundation's work for girls and women, Aboriginal youth and our work overseas," Ms. Stronach said.
