Andrea Rush has been named among The International Who's Who of Trademark Lawyers for 2010. Ms. Rush's expertise has been recognized every year since the very first edition of this listing, in 1996.
Ms. Rush is a partner with Heenan Blaikie in Toronto and a registered patent and trade-mark agent. She represents brand owners and users, often through their foreign counsel, in the registration, litigation and licensing of copyright and trade-marks, as well as patents and industrial designs in Canada.
