Starting this month, Michel Généreux will be a regular columnist on legal issues in outsourcing transactions on the blog Slaw.ca.

A partner in our Montreal office, Mr. Généreux focuses his practice on information technology. Driven and creative, he has extensive expertise in matters of outsourcing, licensing, systems integration, and computer service agreements. His practice also includes negotiating and advising in respect of government contracts and procurement, franchising, strategic alliances as well as technological and commercial aspects relating to mergers and acquisitions and other major transactions.
