Christian Drolet is a partner in our Labour and Employment Law group, which he manages for the Quebec office.

He has extensive expertise in labour law and administrative law, primarily in grievance arbitration and collective bargaining as well as for individual employment contracts.

Over the course of his legal career, he has represented mining, manufacturing and industrial employers in the private sector; he has also acted on behalf of employer in the public and quasi-public sectors.

He has often appeared before civil and administrative tribunals in labour, employment, occupational health and safety, access to information, rights and freedoms and pay equity matters.

Mr. Drolet joined Heenan Blaikie in 2002, bringing with him more than twenty years of experience with another major law firm, where he was also a partner.
