Nicole Winsor joined Heenan Blaikie as an associate in 2002, after completing her articles at another national law firm in the Ottawa area.

A member of our Litigation Group, Ms. Winsor has a varied commercial and civil litigation practice, with particular emphasis on contractual disputes and employment-related litigation as well as a keen interest in privacy law. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court and the Federal Court of Canada, as well as administrative tribunals.
