Julian Worsley Julian Worsley joined Heenan Blaikie in 2004 after practising patent litigation at a national intellectual property law firm.
Mr. Worsley's intellectual property practice focuses on pharmaceutical patent matters, including patent clearance and validity opinions, as well as patent litigation and prosecution. He also counsels companies on regulatory and compliance matters, including those involving the Food and Drugs Act.
His litigation experience includes a number of cases brought pursuant to the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
Prior to studying law, Mr. Worsley obtained a Masters degree in Pharmacology, having studied the neurochemistry of drug addiction.
Mr. Worsley is also a registered Trade-mark Agent. Education
