Robert W. Grant Robert W. Grant began his career as an assistant professor at the University of British Columbia and a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada. His research and teaching focused on public law including constitutional and administrative law. He joined Heenan Blaikie in 1992 and became a partner in 1996.
He has experience pleading before the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Federal Courts of Canada, the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also appeared on his clients' behalf before numerous administrative tribunals.
Mr. Grant is a Director of the British Columbia Law Institute. Education
