Paul Chodirker
 

Paul Chodirker is a business lawyer specializing in the areas of entertainment, media and intellectual property. Paul primarily practises in the film, television, computer animation, music, book publishing, and video game industries. He advises his clients in both Canada and the United States on matters related to film and television financing, production and distribution.

Paul is the creator and co-host of the “Law Boys” radio segment, which can be heard during the Indie Hour on 102.1 The Edge in Toronto. The show offers insight and advice on a wide array of topics regarding the music industry. Paul was also the organizer and co-creator of the 1st Annual Osgoode Music Law Association / Canadian Music Publishers Association conference on the business of music. The conference was entitled, “Music, Money, and the Law: An Insider's Guide to the Business of Music.”

Paul joined Heenan Blaikie as an associate in 2007 after summering and articling with the firm.
